About Me

I was born an artist, a dancer: I grew up in a fitness and artistic environment and started teaching dance classes at the age of 15.
I have always trained and challenged myself with a wide variety of activities on top of my daily dance studies.
I am a Qualified Personal Trainer as well as Nutrition Advisor and Fitness Instructor, gp referral instructor, Pilates Instructor, Sport Masseur Therapist.
I never stop learning and improving my skills whilst also researching new methods of teaching the body to move. I have specialisations in Body Sculpting, Supple Strength, Core Stability, Coaching people with learning disabilities, Foam Rolling, Gravity Pilates, Exercise to music and lots more to come!
I started modern dance as a child, not long after I started Ballet, contemporary and belly dance. I have studied various dance styles and keep experimenting movement ever since.

Four months ago I joined Pure Gym and met Beatrice. I had always enjoyed exercising, went to the gym often and was relatively fit but always fell short of achieving my goals. At the first consultation Beatrice asked me what my goals were....I said I wanted to lose weight, feel fit and strong and jokingly said have abs in my bikini when I go on my trip to Spain.

"I have been training with Bea for a while now, and the cool thing is that we have become friends! She has great food plans that helped me to reach my achievements and to understand what my body needs. Her correction posture and form during exercises and weights has been a key point to have her as my PT (I now find myself having Bea’s voice in my mind every time I do any exercises to correct my posture!). In a matter of 5 months, I have lost 8kg, but the most important thing is that the stamina and her motivation has improved my mental health in a way that amazes me.
